This restaurant expansion project in Disney Springs celebrates the cuisine of the 37 countries in the Americas. Revitalized and more than doubled in size, this 14,000 square foot eclectic waterfront restaurant and bar now hosts up to 500 guests with fare featuring Latin-Caribbean twists and hand-crafted drinks from two rum and tequila bars.
