The Creamery played a vital role in the revival of one of the oldest neighborhoods in Sacramento. Rather than replicating the adjacent traditional architecture, BSB Design took a more modern approach. This contemporary, urban design breathes fresh life into the area. The urban loft lifestyle offers dramatic volume spaces and rooftop deck options to capitalize on city views. The development is located close to the Golden 1 Area, major employers, shopping, recreation and public transportation. Amenities include rooftop patios, an urban garden and a “bark park” with water stations.
