Millville by the Sea

This award-winning, multi-function amenity campus was designed to compete with larger “megaclubs” by uniting separate buildings with a central, landscaped plaza that serves as an outdoor living room. Each building is stylistically similar, with distinctive cupola and dormer elements and repeated window and column patterns. Housing the community center, wellness facility, three-season relaxation pavilion and pool activity complex in individual buildings used less physical space, was less expensive to build and will lower ongoing maintenance costs for residents.
