Hub on Campus Blacksburg

The Hub on Campus Blacksburg is located near the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. The community is made up of two buildings, outdoor amenities and walking paths throughout. The façade uses a variety of colors, materials and rooflines to create visual interest and add dimension. Brick is used as a feature material to emphasize modest popouts. Exterior amenities offer grilling stations, pool, hot tub, dog park and more. Inside, there are small study pods for privacy and focus, as well as communal areas for group sessions, including a full coffee shop.
