This 300 seat modern Italian restaurant and bar was designed for a first generation chef from Acireale, Italy, and his son, a sommelier. Warm rich materials and flowing curved forms move between sculpted architecture that represent natural elements. A theatrical expo kitchen opens to the voluminous bar and dining rooms; as such, designers were careful to ensure the owners could control both light and sound in these connected areas. This attention to detail ensured these visually dynamic spaces would deliver an intimate guest experience.
