Don Flick | Charlotte
Don is a 25-year industry veteran bringing a wealth of expertise to each project. His experience includes commercial, multifamily, land planning, student housing, senior living communities, government buildings, and higher education projects, including student housing. In the Charlotte area alone, Don has been integral on several successful residential and mixed use projects. His contributions range from land planning and schematic design through code research, construction documents and construction administration. He also holds the LEED certification and is dedicated to sustainable design.
Hope Marie Sneed | Denver
Hope Marie Sneed has spent 25 plus years in the home building industry. She joined BSB Design’s Denver office in 2015 and is currently Partner and National Vice President of Sales. Hope Marie’s career experience includes positions at top national suppliers, regional homebuilders, The Better Business Bureau and Focus 360. She has held directorships at a number of nonprofit industry organizations, including the BBB, HBA of Metro Denver (including AMC & PWB councils), and NKBA, among others. She is passionate about architecture and design, particularly in regard to product solutions and innovation.
Jeff Mulcrone | Chicago
Jeff leads the design efforts and oversees the team of architectural designers in Chicago. As an architect focused on sustainability and technology, Jeff’s experience extends into office, retail, educational, community clubhouses, senior housing, high rise residential, multifamily and single family residential, custom homes, and subsidized housing. He is able to draw from these varied experiences to ensure each project features a unique design that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Michael Kramer | Tampa
As Partner in Tampa, Michael oversees the daily operations and business development efforts in the region. Michael’s career includes design positions with national homebuilding companies and regional architecture firms, so he has first-hand knowledge of what homebuilders need from their architectural design teams. He can speak directly to the specific challenges homebuilders face and the best ways for design and planning to overcome those challenges en route to a successful project.
