Don is a 25-year industry veteran bringing a wealth of expertise to each project. His experience includes commercial, multifamily, land planning, student housing, senior living communities, government buildings, and higher education projects, including student housing. 

In the Charlotte area alone, Don has been integral on several successful residential and mixed use projects. His contributions range from land planning and schematic design through code research, construction documents and construction administration. He also holds the LEED certification and is dedicated to sustainable design.
