Park37 is a luxury student housing complex located near Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. From the architecture to the interior design, BSB Design was involved in a wide range of successes. The site atop a hill created challenges as well as opportunities to emphasize the outdoor lifestyle and connections between the two. The flow of the space within these interconnected spaces extend from individual units to shared common areas to outdoor amenities and the hills and forests beyond.
