The reNEWable Living home is a creative response to the multigenerational lifestyle packaged in a super-efficient envelope with an unprecedented HERS score of 16. Based on an existing production home plan, the design connects practicality, flexibility and adaptability. An open concept living area allows for entertainment and plenty of family interaction. To accommodate three generations, the home offers individual privacy with a main-floor owners' suite, a separate in-law suite off the kitchen and a second-floor "Fonzi Flat" for boomerang children, complete with additional living space.
