Two floors of parking and eight floors of residential units above allows for views from the rooftop terrace of Cardinal Stadium and downtown Louisville. Many units include large balconies, which is rare in student housing. The Marshall Louisville offers a wide range of unit sizes and bedroom options, as well as a long list of amenities. BSB Design was involved in the full-scope architecture of the building and others within The Marshall brand, as well as interior design throughout the building.
