The Midtown Collection offers five urban style homes with both two-story and three-story floor plans. The main priority for the design was maximizing square footage to create spacious interiors. Modern elevations with shed roofs enabled additional ceiling height to maximize daylight and visually expand the interiors. The streetscape highlights unit individuality through a mix of gable and shed style roofs, cool neutral toned siding with varied cladding and interesting window placement.
