The Creamery at Alkali Flat
The Creamery played a vital role in the revival of one of the oldest neighborhoods in Sacramento. Rather than replicating the traditional architecture that remained in the neighborhood, BSB chose to take a more modern approach to attract a wide variety of people. This contemporary, urban design breathes fresh life into the area. The urban loft lifestyle offered dramatic volume spaces and rooftop deck options to capitalize on city views. The development is located close to the Golden 1 Area, major employers, shopping, recreation and public transportation. Amenities include rooftop patios, urban garden and a 9,000 square foot “bark park” with water stations.
