NAHB’s National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) has announced Silver Award Winners for The Nationals awards as well as the Best of 55+ Housing Awards. We are honored to receive the top award for two of our projects, as well as a silver award. View all of the winners here.

GOLD WINNERS
Gold Award – Best Single Family Detached Model Under 2,000 Square Feet – Sterling Grove Concord Collection – The Midwood
The Midwood model at Toll Sterling Grove is located in Surprise, AZ. The home was designed to offer a square footage price point that provides an easy upsell from smaller collections within the master-planned community. The footprint is extremely livable with a central living space with an efficient kitchen layout framed by the foyer and drop zone, achieving a “tucked-away” feel, while remaining fully connected to the main living space.
Gold Award – Best Single Family Attached Over 1700 Square Feet (Best of 55+ Awards) – Winning Farm of Winchester
Winning Farm of Winchester located in Winchester, MA, offers highly engaging lifestyle spaces for affluent and active 55+ buyers. Great attention to detail was paid to the exterior design, relying on a regional vernacular of shingle style architecture that blends seamlessly with the park-like surroundings. Four-sided architecture was essential, being viewable from the community walking trails. The main floor living space features an open living/dining/kitchen space, defined by smaller architecture detailing – volume, ceiling detailing and light.

Silver Award – Best Single Family Detached Model Over 4,000 Square Feet – Toll Brothers at Rosecrest Reserve Collection – The Collet
The Collet model located in Herriman, UT emphasizes the family-centric casual lifestyle. The design has must-have features throughout the home including an enhanced owner’s entrance with bulk storage, drop zone, drinking fountain, second fridge and more. Upstairs features an oversized loft kids work/gaming center that is highly functional to today’s needs.
Silver Award – Best Single Family Detached Model Under 2,000 Square Feet – Painted Prairie – The Envision
Painted Prairie located in Denver, CO appeals to a wide demographic that seeks a more aspirational and unique place to live. The lots were restrictive to work with as the narrow lots resulted in a rear-load 20′ wide home that truly lives large. In spite of its’ narrow footprint, there are still multiple outdoor areas, with a covered porch feature and access to the outdoor deck from the upstairs master suite.
Started in 1982 as the Institute of Residential Marketing, The Nationals award program continues to recognize superior new home sales and marketing achievements. With 61 categories across various disciplines of the new home industry, the awards honor excellence in product and community design, advertising, marketing and sales achievements by individuals and sales teams.
