Garden Lofts is an income-restricted apartment complex with a high-end luxury feel. The elevation dressed up the corner of the entry to bring your attention in, as well as C-shape detail articulation to add movement. The larger and longer balconies were added in to offer more options for floorplans while also adding more depth. The interior courtyard is kept more simple to save on costs, but uses extra massing articulation to break up the flat surface. The interiors have high ceilings and bright natural lighting, a large clubhouse and a two-story fitness center.
