Watson Land Company

This project was part of an active rehabilitation program for existing properties in the client’s industrial centers since 2009. During that period, 28 individual properties totaling over 3,000,000 square feet were updated.

Renovations range from simple cosmetic improvements to complete modernization programs that include upgrades to building systems and the introduction of sustainable elements such as clerestory windows and skylights to bring in natural light. Expansion of truck yards and improvements to docking facilities, including repositioned docks and doors and better circulation – critical features for distribution tenants – help to keep the company’s office/warehouse facilities in demand.

With a focus on aesthetics as well as function, the design maintains a clean, contemporary architecture across the broad portfolio reflecting Watson Land Company’s reputation for quality.
