Montecito II
Los Angeles, CA
Montecito II is an affordable senior housing community that brings 64 studio apartments, including one manager’s unit, to a five-story infill site. Designed to support comfortable, independent living, the building adds much needed homes for older adults while fitting seamlessly into its urban context.
Situated on a 0.78-acre parcel formerly used as a surface parking lot, the project sits alongside the historic Montecito Apartments, a 1928 Art Deco landmark. Montecito II complements its neighbor in both character and function while enhancing shared resident amenities, including a community room, fitness center, laundry facilities and a rooftop terrace with views of the Hollywood Hills.
