Sandra Brown

Sandra Brown is a Construction Phase Administrator in the Charlotte office of BSB Design with nearly two decades of experience. She has experience with hands-on leadership in architectural design, construction, estimating, and project execution across both U.S. and international markets. Sandra plays a key role in managing multifamily and condominium projects through construction administration, RFIs, submittals, and pay application reviews. She brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to every project, grounded in her background managing large-scale residential, mixed use, and commercial developments – from preconstruction through closeout.

Sandra’s experience spans working with prominent builders and clients and managing landmark developments like the Ballantyne Tower in Charlotte and Dix Park in Raleigh. With a strong foundation in cost control, change management, and construction compliance, she delivers high-impact results across every phase of project delivery. Originally trained as an architect in Colombia, Sandra is multilingual and brings a global lens to design and project coordination, while consistently driving efficiency, accuracy, and team collaboration.
