Rikki Hagemann

Rikki joined BSB Design in 2023 and serves as Executive Assistant to CEO Dan Swift and the Board of Directors. With over 20 years of experience working alongside executive teams, she enjoys building relationships, collaborating with team members across multiple offices and time zones, and keeping all the moving pieces organized. She’s a problem solver by nature and is always looking for ways to make everyone’s day a little easier. Her superpower? Keeping everyone on track with a perfectly color-coded calendar!

Fun Fact

When she's not managing executive calendars, Rikki is busy keeping up with her two kids' soccer and baseball schedules and moonlighting as their unpaid Uber driver. If she's not at her desk, there's a good chance you'll find her on the sidelines of a field somewhere, coffee in hand and laptop out!
