Penny Diaz

Penny Diaz is Director of Production in the Dallas office of BSB Design. Founded in 1966, the firm provides architecture, land planning and a wide range of supporting services to for-profit builders and developers throughout the United States and abroad.

Penny has over three decades of experience delivering efficient, community-focused multifamily, single family and mixed-use developments. She brings deep expertise in navigating the complexities of affordable housing finance and her work consistently reflects a commitment to creating housing that is both attainable and thoughtfully designed, balancing construction feasibility with long-term livability.

As an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Penny has served on the Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Committee for five years and the Programs Committee for two years. She has also been a member of the North Texas Multifamily Product Council for three years and participated in Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs) helping communities explore strategic housing solutions.
