Michael approaches design assignments with the ability to guide every client interaction and project team meeting toward positive outcomes that lead to successful communities.
Michael is also dedicated to supporting and advancing the AEC industry through professional development, networking, association involvement, speaking engagements and awards programs. As a past president and 2011 Builder of the Year for his local Building Industry Association, Michael helped navigate the association through one of the most difficult times in our industry. He continues to engage locally and nationally, speaking and writing about key issues and design trends in order to help his colleagues, peers and clients advance their respective roles in the industry.
Michael originally sought to study golf course management in college but subsequently changed his mind after a summer working turf maintenance at a country club. He enjoys the the mountains, listening to country music, a good wine and spending time with his wife, Kate and son, Benjamin.
