Kelly brings two decades of experience in hospitality and customer service, where she developed a strong passion for creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional experiences. Operating out of the Tampa office, Kelly is highly skilled in office management, overseeing administrative tasks, managing schedules, and overseeing budgets for the East Coast offices. She’s contributes her enthusiasm and professionalism to the BSB Design team.
