Clark Espinosa
Clark is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and earned his degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University. With over 18 years of experience in real estate development and construction, he has effectively managed and led the execution of projects, specializing in REO residential and commercial investments. Clark guided asset management teams through due diligence periods, property condition assessments, and environmental site reporting. He excels in project management during property/portfolio dispositions and his expertise spans a diverse range of construction projects, from ground-up mixed use multifamily/retail properties and luxury commercial buildings to renovations of residential multi/single family properties.

Clark enjoys golfing and spending time with his loving family. He coaches his son's baseball team and enjoys playing tennis with his daughter. His favorite food is sushi but is always up to trying new culinary experiences.
