Arisel Hughes

Arisel earned her Master’s in Architecture from Florida International University before returning to her hometown of Tampa to join BSB Design. With over 2 years of experience primarily in hospitality and multifamily design, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. Arisel has contributed to both single family and multifamily projects, where her curiosity and collaborative mindset drive continuous learning and team engagement. She is also preparing to begin the path toward architectural licensure.

Arisel has loved cooking and trying new foods since childhood, always exploring new flavors and recipes. In her free time, she enjoys puzzles, escape rooms, and spending quality time with her husband and family.
