Construction is set to begin at 550 Alameda Street in Compton, California, marking the start of a major transformation for this 11.2-acre site. Currently two separate parcels—each with its own office/warehouse building and parking—the property will soon become a unified, up-to-date distribution facility.

The completed facility will be highlighted by:
- Updated office space with new finishes / colors (interior and exterior), new accessible restrooms (on both floors) and accessible entry including new wheelchair lift.
- Existing open-air cross dock setup, enclosed to provide better security and interior work environment.
- Extensive trailer parking and new trash enclosure to accommodate high-volume logistics / storage and faster trash collection.
- Entire site perimeter completed with 10’-0” high CMU wall and site lighting for security and controlled pedestrian / vehicle access.
- Accessible and standard parking enhancements to meet code and maximize visitor access.
Throughout the Entitlement and permitting process, up to groundbreaking, the team has worked closely with Dedeaux Properties and the City of Compton to ensure every detail supports a safe, efficient and scalable property to enhance the resurgence of good industrial business in this area. As construction progresses, this project will become a prime example of how strategic design can maximize site potential in a competitive industrial market.
