The decommissioned Glenview Naval Air Station base was transferred to the city of Glenview, IL, for redevelopment in 1998. The original master plan had 1,883 units, including 567 single family units, 611 multifamily units and 705 senior units. The 1,121-acre redevelopment also includes a retail complex, a corporate campus, two golf courses, and a prairie, lake and park. BSB Design developed community plans for multiple neighborhood parcels within the community, including 143 single family homes for Concord Homes and 299 single family and 62 townhome and villa lots for ER James Homes.
