Featuring units with private front doors and garages, this smaller building fits perfectly into higher-end rental communities. It offers one of the highest garage ratios of any building in The Solutions Collection™ and can be configured in a variety of layouts, but most are two stories with a modest building footprint. The prototype can include options for potential conversion to condo units in the future if desired.
