Student Housing Projects That Deserve an A+
We’ve been busy this year working on student housing communities, many to be built and finished within the next two years. We’re wondering why the students in 2017 get pools, movie theaters and clubhouses when back in the day, we got a room barely big enough to fit a bed and a microwave for easy mac. Times have changed, and these student housing projects reflect that.
303 Flats overlooks the Tennessee River, Knoxville’s only student housing development to have waterfront views. Students will never have to leave (except to go to class!), with a 5,400 square foot clubhouse to hang out with friends, along with a game lounge, café, study spaces and a resort-style pool. There’s even a fitness room and yoga studio to work off the freshman 15. Opening in Fall 2018.
A huge student housing building spanning over 270,000 square feet, One Easton has all the amenities you could want. The courtyard is an all-season area with a heated pavilion and room to entertain. This is the ultimate college experience for students in Newark, DE, promoting growth and learning, while contributing to the fun parts, too.
A short walk from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX, this student housing complex offers rooms from a studio layout to five-bedroom apartments; giving students options to choose a space that works for them. Just as the other student housing offers plenty of amenities, so does The Armory. There’s even a rooftop terrace and tanning beds! When can we move in? Fall of 2018, that’s when.
