To achieve Nissan’s goals, the dated Woodfield Nissan dealership underwent a complete exterior and interior renovation, working in conjunction with the Nissan Retail Environmental Design Initiative Program. The design represents an architecturally innovative and authentic presentation of the new Nissan.
Three-dimensional renderings, superimposed over photos of the existing building, enabled the dealership owner and Nissan Corporation to realistically see their vision of the renovation and addition before construction documentation began. The renderings allowed Nissan to approve the designs expeditiously thus limiting time spent in schematic and design development phases.
