Monica Figueroa is a Senior Interior Designer in the Commercial Interior Design Studio of BSB Design’s Charlotte, NC, office. During her career, she has worked on a number of international restaurants and theme park venues, including industry leaders Disney, Sea World and IMG Group. Monica’s approach to the creative process and project team communication have helped her build expertise in function, aesthetic, guest experience and technical follow-through. She possesses a calm yet spirited nature that fosters a productive work environment among all stakeholders, generating lasting relationships and better product outcomes.
