Mark has more than 20 years of experience with multifamily projects, including luxury high rise, Type-3 and Type-5 apartment buildings. He also has a wide range of mixed use, multifamily, land planning and student housing project experience. As a result, he led the firm’s efforts to develop The Solutions Collection, leveraging his years of experience to select appropriate product options for prototyping.

Mark also manages the firm’s AutoCAD standard for all multifamily projects, which includes QA/QC processes in BSB Design offices across the country. He supports the management of the Charlotte office by assisting with contract negotiations, office management, invoicing and staff allocation.
