Hannah has worked as an admin/office manager (a.k.a. cat herder) for a total of 9 years, the last three with BSB Design. Her initial role as an Office Manager for the Charlotte office soon included regional and national assistance with the firm's business development efforts. Hannah's personal commitment to service and follow-through allowed her to effectively communicate across distance, receiving and responding to client texts and calls as needed.

In 2019, Hannah moved to Mount Pleasant, SC, and began working remotely in her current role of Operations Coordinator. She handles a range of tasks, including assisting the CEO, coordinating Commercial Interior Design Procurement Services and providing marketing assistance. Hannah is also involved in the firm's Salesforce development and training, general operations and national growth initiatives. She also runs the BSB Design Book Club.

Hannah enjoys anything adventurous, especially backpacking, kayaking, running and attending metal concerts. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Metalsmithing (jewelry) from East Carolina University.
