Cress Creek Country Club
The original 1960s clubhouse was constructed as part of a residential development – one of the first master planned golf course communities in the region. After the membership purchased the club, it was determined the outdated clubhouse and bathhouse should be replaced to meet current membership requirements.
Meeting member expectations within a very tight budget created a challenge that required working closely with the club leadership and the local construction community. The resulting 37,300 square foot clubhouse and 4,300 square foot bathhouse were finished on time and under budget. The clubhouse includes a 60-person members bar/grill, 280-person divisible banquet room, full service locker rooms with private lounges, pro shop and below-grade cart storage. Supported by 30-foot tall Tuscan columns, the elevated bar/dining terrace is a favorite spot for members and guests to enjoy the golf course views.
