BSB Design added our Estimating Services group to complement our array of product services in mid 2009. The addition of this new business group is to address the ever increasing needs of our clients for better cost visibility into new product. The management and sustainability of product B&M cost is at its most crucial point in the housing cycle, starting from product design and carrying through to consumer delivery. By combining the over 40 years of National Architectural experience of BSB Design with the over 30 years of National Builder experience of our Estimating Services group, we have catapulted BSB Design’s Estimating and Cost Consulting services to being the premier Estimating services group in the residential field, a position already long held in the architectural world, by BSB Design’s Architectural services.
Our Estimating Services group has developed the trust of our clients to consistently deliver a Bill of Materials that is on target, affordable to achieve and that allows builders to maintain a lean overhead without adding fixed overhead to address incremental estimating efforts.
